Ingredients (per 100 g): Wild-harvested Birch Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) powder — 100 g
Suggested use: Pour 1–1.5 tbsp (5–7 g) of dry powder into 500 ml of hot water (~50-60°C).
Infuse for 12–24 hours. Drink 150–170 ml 3 times per day.
May also be brewed as tea or added to smoothies, coffee, or other drinks.
Refrigerate the finished infusion and use within 3–4 days. Recommended course: 4–8 weeks
